Subscription and payment
You can use Z Market Lab without signing in. A free account adds your own tabs, alerts and sending to ZML Trade; Professional adds external notifications and higher limits. This page explains how to subscribe and pay, how auto-renewal works, and what happens at expiry.
What you get for free
Without signing in you can use:
The All opportunities and Favorites views in the market monitor. Your favorites stay in this browser.
The funding rates page, the exchange announcements page and history curves. History curves cover a shorter period.
Once you sign up and sign in, a free account adds your own opportunity tabs, tab alerts, the blacklist, do not disturb, and pairing with ZML Trade and sending opportunities to it, with your workspace and favorites on every device.
Professional adds external notification channels (Telegram, Feishu) and higher limits for tabs, open market pages and history curve length. Compare the price and both sets of limits in the plan window.
Subscribe
Choose Upgrade to open the plan window. Selecting a locked feature opens the same window.
In the plan window, choose Upgrade to Professional.
If you aren’t signed in, sign in or create an account in the window. Your account needs a verified email before you can order.
Under Payment method, choose how to pay. Every payment method available to you is listed there: Binance Pay is paid in USDT, the same amount as the US dollar price; Cards and wallets is processed by Stripe, and you enter your card right in the window.
Choose Auto-renew monthly (the default) or Buy one month only. Some payment methods can’t renew automatically and only appear for a single month.
Check the service period and amount, choose the pay button at the bottom, then pay as shown below.

When the payment arrives, Professional activates on its own, the window shows the result, and the receipt is sent to your email. There is no need to pay again.
Auto-renewal
With auto-renewal on, the next month is charged the day before each month ends, never more than the price you authorized.
If a charge fails, it is retried once a day until 3 days after expiry. If your plan expires in the meantime, you go back to the free account first, and Professional comes back as soon as a charge succeeds. You can also choose Retry charge under My plan to try again right away. If the last retry fails too, we email you to renew by hand.
To stop it, choose Turn off auto-renewal under My plan. You keep Professional until the current period ends. You can also remove a Binance authorization in the Binance app.
To change the payment method, choose Change under My plan. The old method is replaced only once the new one is authorized, so renewal isn’t interrupted.
If you bought a single month, you can choose Turn on auto-renewal under My plan later. Nothing is charged when you turn it on; the charge comes the day before your plan ends.
Order status

| Awaiting payment | Waiting for your payment. This updates on its own after you pay. |
| Awaiting verification | Your card issuer needs you to verify this charge. It goes through as soon as you do. |
| Debiting | An auto-renewal charge is in progress. |
| Confirming payment, Activating | The payment is being processed. Don’t pay again. |
| Paid | The payment arrived and Professional is active. |
| Timed out | The pay-by time passed without payment and the order is closed. You can order again. |
| Debit failed | This auto-renewal charge failed. You weren’t charged. |
| Under review | The payment needs a manual review. Don’t pay again. If you have questions, choose Contact to reach us. |
When you have an unpaid order, the plan window tells you. You can choose Continue payment, or Cancel order and order again. A cancelled order can’t be paid; if you already paid, your plan still starts once the payment arrives.
Manage your plan
Choose Plan & billing in the account menu to open My plan. It shows your current plan, valid-until date, auto-renewal and payment method, current usage and orders.
Without auto-renewal, choose Compare plans in the menu at the top right of My plan to go back to the plan window, then choose Renew for a month to add a month. If you’ve already paid for the next month, you can renew again once that month starts.
Expiry
You get a reminder email 3 days before your plan ends; with auto-renewal on, it says the charge will be made automatically. Without auto-renewal, a notice also appears in the app; choose Renew.
After it ends, you are back on the free account: your tabs, alerts and channels are kept, tabs past the free limit lock and external notifications stop, and everything comes back as it was when you renew. Your ZML Trade connection and sending are not affected.
