Prices, spreads and funding rates are pushed in real time. The page updates as soon as exchange data changes, with no refresh needed.
Real-time updates
Prices, spread and funding rate on the market monitor, the Funding rates page and coin pages are pushed in real time. When exchange data changes, the page updates without a refresh.
When the status bar at the bottom of the page shows Live, data is flowing, and next to it is how long ago the latest data arrived. If the network drops, it changes to Reconnecting and updates resume once the connection is back.
Funding rates
The page shows the current-period rate the exchange publishes right now. Many exchanges update it with the market before settlement and fix it at the settlement time. See How often funding settles and how it is annualized.
