Sign-in fails with this message when the username or password is incorrect. Check both and try again, or reset the password the way each product provides.
What it means
Sign-in failed: the username or password is incorrect. Z Market Lab accepts your email or username. Trade uses the administrator username.
What to do
Check capitalization and your keyboard layout, then enter them again.
After several wrong attempts, the wait before the next one gets longer. See Too many attempts.
If you forgot the password, stop trying:
A Trade password can only be reset on the server. See Forgot your password or lost your authenticator.
In Z Market Lab, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
