A Z Market Lab opportunity didn’t arrive in Trade

An opportunity reaches the inbox only through the pairing connection, your push settings and Trade’s receiving rules. Check each one.

Check each one

  • Connection: look at the connection status on the Z Market Lab page in Trade. On 0.2.135 and earlier it is under Signals, in Receiving rules. If it shows Not connected or Reconnection needed, pair again; see Trade won’t pair with Z Market Lab. If it shows Z Market Lab has paused this connection, choose Resume push on the Connection tab of the ZML Trade page in Z Market Lab.

  • Automatic push: turn on push under ZML Trade push in the opportunity tab and set at least one threshold. Opportunities that met the conditions while Trade was disconnected aren’t sent again after it reconnects.

  • Where you send from: you can only send to ZML Trade from an opportunity tab.

  • Receiving rules: when a source is set to Not accepted, Trade doesn’t accept signals from it. Change it under Receiving rules to manual review or automatic creation.

  • Expiry: once a signal has expired, you can no longer preview it or create a combo from it. Send it again from Z Market Lab.

Pairs with an abnormal contract unit aren’t pushed automatically, but you can still send them manually.
