The server’s egress IP changed or a new one was added

When an API key has an IP allowlist, the exchange accepts only the listed IPs. After the egress IP changes, add the new IP to the allowlist.

Update the allowlist

  1. In Trade, open Egress IPs and look at Server egress IPs. The add-account window also has Copy all egress IPs.

  2. Add the new IPs to the API key IP allowlist on each exchange. For an Aster account added with a wallet, the allowlist is on its API wallet and holds the egress IPs from when you authorized it.

  3. On the Accounts page, choose Retry connection for any account that shows Not connected.

When you add an IP to the server

A new IP added to the server appears in the exit list and is used automatically. Add it to each exchange’s allowlist first, or requests through it are rejected.

An exchange banned an egress IP

Only that exchange stops using the IP; other exchanges keep using it. It comes back at the time the exchange gives for lifting the ban.
