How do I set up alerts?
Save your filters as an opportunity tag and set conditions under Alerts in the tag settings. You're alerted on the web page, and on Professional you can also send alerts to Telegram or Feishu.
Short answer
In All opportunities, use the condition row to narrow down what you want to watch. Click + at the end of the tag bar and choose Save current view as a new tab to save it as an opportunity tag.
Open Tab settings for that tag, turn on alerts under Alerts and set the conditions, for example an Open spread at or above your threshold.
To get alerts on your phone, choose a notification channel in the alert (Telegram or Feishu, Professional required). Without a channel, you're alerted on the web page only.
An alert fires after the conditions hold for 10 seconds in a row, and repeats every 10 seconds while they still hold. Alerts only notify you and never place orders.
During do not disturb, there is no sound and nothing is sent, and rows are still marked in the table. Opportunities on your blacklist are hidden and never alert. Both apply to every tag on your account.
