Set up alerts and notifications

Alerts are set per opportunity tab: an opportunity that meets the conditions alerts on the web and, if you choose, in Telegram or Feishu. This page explains how to create an alert, connect notification channels, and use the alert sound and do not disturb.

Create a tab alert

Alerts belong to an opportunity tab and are available once you sign in. The tab’s base filter sets the scope, and the alert adds conditions within it.

  1. In the market monitor, select an opportunity tab and open Alerts in Tab settings.

  2. Turn on Alert for this tab.

  3. Under Narrow within the base filter, set the conditions: arbitrage types, exchanges, Settlement and funding interval, plus thresholds for spread, funding rate and liquidity. With no conditions, every opportunity in the base filter that newly qualifies alerts. If the base filter matches many opportunities (more than 50), you confirm before turning it on.

  4. Select the destination at the end of the switch row and choose channels, at most one of each type. With no channel, alerts show only on the web.

  5. Save.

The conditions must hold for 10 seconds in a row before the alert; a break restarts the count. While the opportunity still qualifies, it alerts again every 10 seconds until the alert clears. These times are fixed and can’t be changed.

An alerting opportunity shows the conditions it hit and since when in the table, and is gathered in Favorites. Alerts only notify you and never place orders.

Connect notification channels

In Settings, open Notifications and choose Add channel. Notification channels need Professional. One Telegram chat or one Feishu bot is one channel, and the plan window shows how many you can have.

Telegram

  1. Under Add channel, choose Telegram. Send /newbot to BotFather, name the bot and paste the token it gives you. The bot is yours, and you create it once.

  2. Choose how to receive: Personal · private chat, or Group · add to a group.

  3. Tap Start in Telegram, or pick a group. Pairing completes automatically and must finish within 10 minutes; if the link expires, choose Generate a new link.

One bot can message you privately and can be added to several groups.

Feishu

  1. In a Feishu or Lark group, add a custom bot, leave Signature verification off and copy its webhook URL.

  2. Under Add channel, choose Feishu group bots and paste the URL. The channel connects and sends a test message.

You can Send test message at any time. You can delete a channel that tabs still use. It is removed from those tabs’ alerts, and the confirmation lists the tabs affected.

Alert sound

The web alert sound is switched per browser and affects this device only. If the browser blocks the sound, click anywhere on the page to restore it.

Do not disturb

Do not disturb stops sounds and outgoing notifications for a scope for the chosen time. Alerts still show in the table.

Do not disturb
ScopeThis opportunity (this direction only), every opportunity on this coin, or every opportunity with a leg on one exchange.
Duration1 hour, 8 hours or 24 hours, then it lifts on its own.

Choose Do not disturb on a row’s alert in the market monitor, or use the button on a Telegram or Feishu alert card. Notifications in Settings lists what is in effect, and End lifts one early. To stop a kind of alert for good, change the alert conditions or use the blacklist; see Read the market monitor.

Trade has its own alert channels, set up in Trade; see Connect notification channels.
