Alerts aren’t reaching Telegram or Feishu
When an alert shows on the web page but not in the chat, the alert type usually has no channel selected, or the channel itself can’t send.
Check each one
In Settings → Notifications, the Alerts part shows at the end of each row where that alert type goes.
No channel is selected for this alert type: the row shows Web only. Select it and pick a channel.
The channel was disabled: a red dot shows after the channel name at the end of the row, and the opened panel says Disabled, not sent. Enable the channel again or pick another one.
The channel was deleted: it was removed from every alert type that used it, and an alert type with no channel left shows Web only. Pick a channel again.
do not disturb is on: nothing is sent out during that time. Click the Do not disturb marker on the alert to end it.
The condition hasn’t held long enough: an alert fires only after the condition has been met for 10 seconds in a row.
The combo has no alert value: a numeric alert left blank is off.
Telegram bot: if it shows Token no longer valid, choose Replace token. If the bot was removed from the chat, the destination rejects messages; connect that chat again.
Verify
Choose Send test message on the channel and check the chat for it. Set up notification channels has the steps for connecting a channel.
