Not investment advice
ZML provides market data and software tools. Nothing on this site or in the products is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade.
Trading risk is yours
Trading digital assets and derivatives can lose all the capital you deploy, including through exchange failure, liquidation, funding changes, software defects and network faults. You are responsible for your orders, parameters, keys and servers.
No returns are promised
Spreads, funding rates and demonstrations describe markets, not outcomes. Past or displayed figures do not predict results.
No custody
ZML does not hold, transfer or manage customer funds.
Payments and refunds
Subscriptions and memberships are paid in USDT inside each product and do not renew automatically. Once access is active, payments are not refunded. If you paid and access was not activated, we settle it by hand within 72 hours, or return the payment minus network fees.
Where the service is not offered
ZML is not offered to persons in the United States or in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions. You are responsible for confirming that using ZML is lawful where you are.
Service as available
Market data depends on third-party venues and may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted. The service is provided as available, without warranty.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do.
