Monitor processes account information, preferences, saved views, news and alert settings to provide the service. Authentication processes IP addresses, device identifiers, sessions and login activity. Google sign-in requests OpenID identity and email scopes, not your Google password, Gmail, Drive or contacts. Google identity data is used for sign-in, linking and security, not advertising. Accounts are not merged solely because emails match. Use and transfer of Google API data follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

Trade processes trading credentials and execution data in your own deployment. Its control service receives instance identity, version, entitlement, health, position summaries and combination summaries for licensing, updates and operations. Exchange API keys are not telemetry fields. Data supports requested functionality, subscriptions, configured alerts, security and fault diagnosis. Google provides authentication; Cloudflare, Tencent Cloud and AWS provide infrastructure. Necessary processing may occur in their service regions and edge locations. We do not sell Google user information or personal account data. Sharing is limited to service delivery, your instructions, security incidents and applicable legal requirements; operational access is restricted by responsibility.

Account content is retained while providing the service until handled through product deletion or a verified request. Login activity defaults to 180 days; necessary billing, trading and security records may have other retention requirements. Backups have restricted access and are considered when handling deletion. Monitor uses site-only HttpOnly session cookies; browsers may store language and theme preferences. Login and private API responses are excluded from public caches. Transport uses HTTPS and passwords are hashed.

Manage preferences, login methods and devices in product settings. Unlinking Google or revoking Google access does not delete the Monitor account. Contact the operator to request access, correction, export or deletion; we verify identity, scope and retention obligations before reporting the result. Never email passwords, private keys or exchange API keys. Manage private Trade data on your own server. Material changes to data use or sharing will be communicated through the product or website and the policy date updated.
